i made this bag for my best friend Asia. there is also a matching wallet. the sock monkey fabric was gifted to me from Codi, which is perfect, because Asia loves monkeys.

My Sewing Space

These are pictures of my sewing space in my room and of my sewing machine. Also you can see some of the fabric that Codi gifted me. THANK YOU CODI!! My sewing machine was my Memiere's and it is a 1970's Singer Touch n Sew II. I have all the original disks and the book and everything. She took very good care of it, and now I do. Some of you asked about my machine, so I had my mom take some pics.
P.S. Now I need to have my parents build my stash!!

Abby's First Skirt!!

Hello All, Abby's mom here, Stacey. While she is in school today I told her I would post pictures of her new skirt. She made this all by herself, with very little help from me. I did do the elastic band at the waist though. She even picked out the fabric herself. I am so proud of her!!

My First Blanket and Pillow!!

Here is my first blanket and pillow. I really enjoyed making this. Sometimes it got confusing but I did not give up. Perfect for relaxing and cuddling up to read a good book with!!! Next I am going to make a quilt for my American Girl Doll.
